New Arrival: Coreless Damascus EDC Collection — Three Handles, One Exceptional Blade

The Wait Is Over — Coreless Damascus Has Arrived

We don't drop new products often. When we do, it's because something genuinely earned a place in the lineup. The Coreless Damascus Steel Folding Knife is exactly that — a compact EDC blade that combines serious metallurgy with three distinct handle personalities. One blade platform, three ways to carry it.

What Is Coreless Damascus Steel?

Traditional Damascus steel is forged by layering different steels around a softer core. Coreless Damascus removes that core entirely, folding and welding the steel layers all the way through. The result is a blade with a more consistent hardness profile, a more dramatic wave pattern, and edge retention that punches well above its price point. Hardened to 59–61 HRC, this blade holds a working edge through real daily use — not just display.

The Collection: Three Handles, One Standard

Every variant shares the same blade geometry: 8.5cm blade, 2.5mm thick, 20.2cm overall when open. What changes is the handle — and with it, the entire character of the knife.

Rosewood Handle — The Classic

Warm, dense, and naturally grippy. Rosewood has been paired with fine blades for centuries for good reason — it ages beautifully, feels substantial in hand, and complements the Damascus wave pattern without competing with it. If you want one knife that works everywhere, this is it.

Shell Handle — The Statement

Natural shell (also called mother-of-pearl) catches light differently at every angle. No two pieces are identical. This is the variant for the collector who also carries — the one that draws a second look every time you set it on a table. Refined without being precious.

Ebony Handle — The Tactical

Dense, dark, and almost grain-free, ebony is one of the hardest handle woods available. It gives the knife a blacked-out, purposeful aesthetic that pairs naturally with the dark tones in the Damascus pattern. Low-profile, high-performance.

These are limited-run pieces. Coreless Damascus production is slower and more labor-intensive than standard blade forging. When they're gone, they're gone.
