Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may submit a return request within 30 days after you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and intact original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at cym5562@outlook.com to initiate your return. We will provide you with the return shipping address.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label together with detailed shipping instructions. We do not accept unrequested returns sent directly to our address.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your goods immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers and plants
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
To get your desired product quickly, we recommend you return your original item first. After your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, with no explanation required.
The same return conditions apply: items must be unused, unopened, with original tags and packaging, and you need to provide valid proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will contact you once we receive and inspect your returned package to inform you of the refund result.
If your refund is approved, funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or card issuers may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
